The classes

Contemporary II-III

I propose a class starting with an active warm-up to prepare the body and be able to reach the end of the class with maximum physical performance and exploring the limits of the body in movement. For this I combine elements of the Limon technique with elements of the "release" technique. We will work on the ground and standing on the movement in the torso work, in the spirals, suspensions and imbalances as well as the dynamics in the movement and its musicality.
